OUR SERVICES

Outreach Day Care

Outreach Day Care

At Br3akfree we focus on community-based activities which promote choice and independence, with emphasis on local and wider community involvement and participation.

Personalised Care

Personalised Care

We are able to offer dedicated support to young adults with or without live-in support.
Whilst most of our customers are elderly, we also support a growing number of younger people, starting from the age of 18, to prepare them to make a contribution to society in adult life and to live full and independent lives

Enablement Care

Enablement Care

Our outreach day care service will enable and empower you to overcome your difficulties by doing things for yourself instead of staff taking over and automatically doing things for you. This is designed to promote skills acquisition and independence.

Hourly Visiting Home Care

Hourly Visiting Home Care

Hourly care is for people who wish to remain in their own home, but need a level of care and support to do so. Care starts from just 30 minutes per week to several hours / visits a day or week based on customers requirements.

Live-in Care

Live-in Care

Live-in care from Br3akfree means that you and your carers have the peace of mind that comes from knowing that you have a dedicated and trustworthy carer, living with you in your home and is therefore, always on hand, whatever the time of day.

Support for Younger People

Support for Younger People

Whilst most of our customers are elderly, we also support a growing number of younger people, starting from the age of 18, to prepare them to make a contribution to society in adult life and to live full and independent lives.

Respite Care in the Home

Respite Care in the Home

Br3akfree Respite Care at home will give you a Br3ak. It is a service that is available to you and your carer. It replaces the care that you, as a carer, would normally be giving to the person you care for, albeit for a short time or temporary period or even on a long term basis if that is what you require. Br3akfree Respite care at home provides a much needed break for people who are caring for loved ones who may be ill or disabled. Your carer’s assessment may identify that you need a break from caring from time to time. Equally, the person you care for may also want to have a break without you.

Short Breaks, Holidays

Short Breaks, Holidays

We know how important having a break is to our customers and their carers, so offer a range of flexible short breaks for people with learning disabilities, the elderly and their loved ones, tailored to meet individual needs
