Mrs Mahmood says…

My daughter who has special needs attends the Br3akfree day service and she really loves it. I am so happy with the care and the excellent service which is provided by your company. Also I am happy with the activities and day trips that are planned and organised. I have highly recommended your organisation to my fellow friends and loved family who have asked me about were my daughter goes.

Mary says…..

I just wanted to email you with a message of thanks to Eugene and all the staff team at Br3akfree for their recent help and support.
My son and our family were having a particularly difficult time and your team really stepped up to ensure that we that he could continue, despite his challenging and complex behaviours, to access his favourite activities and meet with his friends during this difficult time.
Management and staff showed great commitment and resourcefulness and came up with strategies that I hadn’t thought of based on their knowledge and experience of my son to get him through this hard time.
Thankfully it worked and I am so grateful for the support you gave me also as a parent as it is difficult to think clearly at these times but your input helped get us through and I am pleased to report that we now have back the young man who we all know and love

Thank you one and all it really means a lot to my family

Shirley says …..

“My son has attended Br3akfree services for over 6 years and I am quite happy with the variety of activities and opportunities which are person centred. He seems quite eager to go each time and very disappointed when he cannot attend. The activities are quite varied and interesting as I would have been unable to organise and take him to them on my own”.

Shirley adds ……………..

“As a working carer I find the service very accommodating and flexible sometimes at the very last minute in response to our needs. The management are approachable and quite good when dealing with issues at times of dispute and are quite responsive to reach a resolution. Staffs are friendly and respectful at all times”.
