Concerns / Complaints / Compliments Procedure

People who use our service and their carers have the right to raise concerns, make complaints and give compliments about the service they receive.

They can do this in person or through an advocate, by talking to our staff or by contacting a Social worker in your referring or funding Social Services Department.
