Enablement Care

Enablement Care means that every target agreed with you is carefully analysed to identify the various elements / tasks required to be carried out to achieve the target, starting from the simplest and gradually progressing through more advanced tasks until the target is achieved. So for example, for money handling target, staff would start with the least denomination copper coins and progress to silver coins before supporting you to recognise and know the notes.

At each stage a review is carried out before you progress to a higher level until the full target is achieved.Staff are trained to enable and facilitate you. They edo things with  rather than edo things for  you.

This also helps to build your confidence and increase your sense of achievement and self-worth.
